You didn’t land here by accident.
I offer therapy and counseling services for people who for people who’ve tried the affirmations, the trackers, the podcasts—and still feel like something’s missing. We’ll work at the intersections—of burnout, productivity culture, trauma, identity—so you can claim a version of wellness that’s honest, defiant, and real.
I’M kelley.
Radical honesty meets grounded care.
I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to help you find clarity, reconnect with your voice, and live on your own terms. Whether you’re dealing with ADHD, trauma, identity shifts, attachment wounds, or just the everyday grind of being a human in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind, you deserve mental health care that meets you where you are. Even if you’re sitting in a car in a car wash, taking selfies, just because you can.
I bring compassion, clarity, and a little bit of irreverence to the work. Neurodivergent myself, I get what it’s like to feel misunderstood. I offer therapy that’s collaborative, neuroaffirming, and experiential—whether that’s deep-dive EMDR intensives, walking sessions, or straightforward weekly support. If you’ve felt let down by therapy before, you’re not alone. Let’s try something different.
Neurodivergence
Neuroinclusive psychotherapy understands and honors how you uniquely think and feel. It isn’t about conforming — it’s about enhancing your self-awareness, finding acceptance, and feeling empowered to help you navigate life more effectively.
EMDR/Ketamine
EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) are for anyone who feels like there’s something they just can’t shake. These therapies, both offered in weekly and intensive formats, can expedite healing by allowing efficient reprocessing trauma of and integration of difficult memories, emotions, and beliefs.
Eating Disorders
Therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating can be invasive, leaving you feeling powerless. Underlying mood disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence can contribute to struggles with food and eating, so fostering emotional expression and understanding is a priority when long-term change and relief is the goal.
